Mwaura to second the same. Before hon. Mwaura stands, I wish to thank hon. Members most sincerely for their contribution. They have shown a lot of concern in different clauses. I want to tell hon. Members that I am committed to repealing the whole Act of persons with disabilities starting with the Education Act. I shall be doing that and asking for their support in future.
