Indeed, there are some issues that were raised as a matter of clarity but, just for purposes of record, I want to say that the Kenya Sign Language is the official language for the deaf away from even the mother tongue sign languages. If you are a mother and you get a deaf child, there is a way in which you communicate. But this is the standard one."}
