You need to guide the House because, as I speak, apart from the lawyers who can, maybe, quickly catch what is at stake here, we need to honestly understand. So, once you have listened to both sides, I would urge you to give your position on the import of the amendment. For example, what would the deletion mean to hon. Kaluma’s amendment?"}
