I want to join my colleagues as well in congratulating His Excellency the President for the action he took during the difficult times of decision-making with regard to the case at The Hague. I would like to congratulate the President for making a decision to address Parliament because he could have done it in any other way. However, I thought and I am still thinking that the act of addressing Parliament, although Constitutional, is a sign of great humility by His Excellency the President.
