I wish to say that if you read Article 35 of the Constitution, it is so clear. It provides that every citizen of this country has a right to access any information. I do not think this is so much of an issue about what is before us now. Article 132 (c) (ii) and (iii) says:- “The President shall— (c) once every year— The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."}
