The judges will agree that we are doing that because there is administrative action. There is a right to a hearing, which we are not doing. These guys are getting fodder to run away from what they should do. Even when we are clapping and saying that people ---The way in which this thing is going, we are giving these people a reason to run away through the judicial processes that are there. I think the President needs to call the Ethics and Anti- Commission and tell them they have to do their job; by taking these guys to court. He should call the DPP and tell him to take those named to court. With the two reasons I have cited, I register my displeasure upon the President’s speech. Thank you, hon. Speaker."}
