Gumbo, the Chair and I are proposing are conterminous. They are not the same. So, one cannot die on the other but my proposal is to make the Auditor-General the Chairman of this Board. I want to say it the umpteenth time now, what we are creating is a body that is supposed to advise the Auditor-General. This House cannot legislate in vain. We cannot have a body where someone is saying that a body that will be advising the Auditor-General can choose to take the advice or not. Then why are you putting up the Board?
