Paragraph (d) talks about reviewing audit committee‘s recommendations; (e) talks about giving any other advice that may be sought, and (f) talks of provision of counsel on technical issues and any other advice that the Auditor-General may request. These are similar functions. So, I thought it wise to reduce them in the manner that I have proposed."}
