This amendment should remain as it was: ―The Cabinet Secretary responsible for finance in consultation with the Auditor-General.‖ The common practice of legislation, including subsidiary legislation, is that the Ministry is responsible for those legislations through Parliament. So, I do not see the reason why we should deviate from that. Let the Cabinet Secretary consult the Auditor-General. So, I oppose."}
