I want to support the sentiments of the Chairman but with reservations more so when it comes to the consideration of the so-called members of Cabinet for finance in the counties. You are all aware that governors have towering influence over the operations of finances and other administrative matters in the counties. While Kenyans thought they were devolving functions, they actually devolved corruption. I would rather this thing is properly looked at and reinforcements done. Thank you. Otherwise, I support.
