(b) in sub-clause (5) by deleting the word “the” appearing immediately before the word “Parliament”. This is a clean-up of the language of the Bill from my good friend, Hon. Gumbo. It also provides that the report of the Authority to the Cabinet Secretary (CS) should include a report on the compliance with this Act by each county government."}
