Temporary Deputy Chairman, part of the amendment is meant to correct the English. The other part of the amendment is to clarify the ad hoc committee established under that clause; that it shall comprise of the heads of the user department and two other members. This is as opposed to what was provided before when it was saying that the adhoc committee will consist of, at least, three heads of department of the procuring entity. It was not providing for the user department. So, we said that one of them must be the user department and two other departments."}
