I had added a further amendment which is now 62(1)(g), which simply says that an accounting officer, or a procuring entity, may at any time prior to the notification of tender award or termination or cancellation of asset procurement or asset proceedings without entering into a contract where any of the following applies. What I am saying is that the other thing which applies is where they receive subsequent evidence of engagement in fraudulent or corrupt practices by the tenderer."}
