You realize that if we do not include that, then it would be very limiting because what we are talking about in this clause is about corrupt, coercive, obstructive, collusive or fraudulent practices and conflict of interest. Nearly all of us here own shares in companies and without that exclusion, we would simply be saying that by owning a share in a company, you are not able to do business with that company."}
