Temporary Deputy Chairman, I want to support the amendment, but I think the Chairperson of the Committee has overlooked a very important amendment which we agreed on which is on subclause (5). It states that a procurement entity may charge a fee for obtaining tender documents as prescribed by regulations and stated in the tender documents. This was not in the Bill and we thought that we have to put this. We did not want to fix a figure because it is a very fluid provision which keeps changing from time to time. I support."}
