Requiring the Auditor-General to be a graduate is good enough. However, I agree with hon. Sakaja. The process of appointing the Auditor-General is exactly the same as the process of appointing Cabinet Secretaries. I was, therefore, wondering why we should incur an extra public expenditure on a process where the President is expressly given authority by the Constitution to make an appointment."}
