I have clearly said that we had a problem in the recruitment process. I admit that. There was some duplication during recruitment. During the recruitment, details to do with bank accounts and ID numbers were not taken in some areas. That created a problem when we started paying. I have clearly said that where we have complete information about the personnel who were involved, we have fully paid them. I remember very well that hon. Ethuro wrote to me and I think his letter has been acted upon. All those who have been verified have been paid in Turkana Central."}
