We respected the position of the Supreme Court as strongly as we disagreed with their position. Therefore, our position that you rigged the election and were elected fraudulently is a decision that continues to be our position. Therefore, the Senate Minority Leader was totally in his premise to articulate the position that the CORD Coalition holds that the elections were fraudulently won by Jubilee. Secondly, I want to advice Sen. Sang that I am a commissioner and I used to work as a commissioner. The Government does not advise commissions, it is the commissions which advise the Government. It is for the commission to undertaken its work then ultimately advise the Government as a principle adviser on matters election on where they think foreign polling stations should be. Could you, please, go back to that Government and ask them whether they know if there are provisions of the Constitution that exist? Often times, even the President has made pronouncements ultra vires to the provisions of the Constitution."}
