He is a man whom I have a lot of respect for, as I have for all the other Members. We have a problem. He was not here in the morning. The English people have a phrase; there is something they call “honest mistakes”. Honest mistakes are those made in good faith. In other words, there is no agenda but it is a mistake. It is very possible that honest mistakes have been made and this would be a case in point; it is about the Judiciary."}
