What we have here are very heavy allocations for both IFMIS and the Ministry of Defence. I urge them to be very prudent in the utilisation of the money they have been allocated. As a House, we need to be vigilant to ensure that we hold the relevant ministries to account in terms of utilisation of these funds in addition to the previous budgetary allocations."}
