All applicants are requested to apply. There is an office that deals with the processing of those documents, after which, three students are shortlisted per course. Then there is a Committee that interviews all of them. That Committee comes up with one name and a few reserves. So, it is an elaborate system that makes sure that there is fairness in every meaning of that word."}
