This Bill initially received very inaccurate reporting that said that Hon. Sakaja wants to lock out anybody above 35 years from getting a job. That is far from the truth. I am sure that if any of my friends saw that, they would quickly call my wife to find out which psychiatric institution I have been taken to because that would be pure madness. This Bill does not seek to lock anybody out. In fact, if anything, the Committee recommended that I remove the word “youth” because it is a National Employment Authority. I am willing to do that; in any case, the bulk of those who will be dealt with will be young people. So, I have no problem with that and it is not discriminatory in any manner."}
