As you know, the Deputy Speaker’s Communication is normally not challenged; raising a point of order when the Deputy Speaker has just given a statement is very tricky to us, as Members of Parliament. This is a very important requirement. If we are serious in terms of making laws, and ensuring that our power to make laws is not taken away by the President, this is a matter which needs to be addressed properly."}
