Deputy Speaker, thank you for giving me this opportunity. I want to support the Bill which is long overdue. I want to say that given the level of unemployment many of our young people are employed in private security firms. This is a sector that needs to be regulated. We have seen a lot of things going wrong in the sector. Many times when crimes have been committed, sometimes some people in those firms have been implicated. I know of two cases including a recent one where an organisation lost a motor vehicle and immediately one of the people employed by the security firm disappeared."}
