In the interest of time, I want to just support the Bill. Harmful practices are outlawed in our Constitution and if I may read, Article 53(1)(d) says that:- “Every child has a right to be protected from abuse, neglect, harmful cultural practices, all forms of violence, inhuman treatment and punishment, and hazardous or exploitative labour.“"}
