For those of us who served in the 10th Parliament, this is a statement which is written and there are number of legal flaws as, Hon. Chepkong’a said. When Hon. Odanga was creating this Motion, in a number of areas, he spoke about the Education Act, 2007 when today we have the Basic Education Act 2013."}
