Hold your horses! First of all, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I wanted to tell my sister, Ms. Martha Karua, that probably she came in a little late. I am repeating exactly what Mrs. Odhiambo-Mabona said about why ladies did not apply for these positions. I am saying that is not the reason. We want ladies to apply because that is the way of defending them. I am encouraging them publicly in the national Parliament that, “Ladies, when positions are up for application, please, do apply. There is nothing diatribe about that."}
