This arose from various causes. This averages 6 to 7 blackouts per day. This is far too many and far too disruptive. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I appreciate the efforts being made and I hope that the construction of the new sub-station will reduce the distance and therefore reduce the number of blackouts being experienced. Otherwise, I am grateful for the answer."}
