Clauses 69 to 91 make it possible for companies to re-register from either a private company to a PLC or vice-versa. That is conversion. You can now convert a company either way. You can have a private company today and then tomorrow you change it to a PLC. That is contained from Clause 69 to 92. This procedure will ensure that the company can re-register to ensure that there is continuity of business in whichever form you would like to continue."}
