In the statement, the Chairperson should explain; (1) whether the Government is aware that Kenyans are spending a lot of money to purchase Samsung android mobile phones yet most of them freeze or hang while in use thereby inconveniencing the users; (2) explain the cause of the freezing/hanging; (3) outline the steps that the Government is taking to have the problem addressed."}
