I would like to thank hon. Affey as my colleagues have done before and also commend the Minister for easing issues. I want to support this Motion. I want the Minister to also read the realities that Kenyans are facing that might have formed the basis for such a Motion. Just about two weeks ago, the Minister was here lamenting that 2 million applications were still lying at the headquarters because of issues of procurement – very simple matters. Above all the 2 million applications that are lying there, there are millions of Kenyans who have even failed to get an opportunity to apply for such an identification card."}
