Four months and 10 days cannot also be assumed to be a term to a level where someone would say that this would require a referendum. The court, again, did not pronounce itself from this but Article 102 of the Constitution contemplates that Parliament could extend its term by six months without a referendum. So, this, in my opinion, will not require a referendum."}
