I want to first thank the Minister, because there was a time, we went with her to a place called Takaba. That was her first time to go to Northern Kenya. We showed her where women and monkeys fought over water. She collected the water in a bottle and took it to the Cabinet. Today, women of Takaba have water. Thank you for that. That is why I want to forgive hon. Affey because of you. But I am very bitter with him and I have told him so. I told him that coming from the background that he does, he should not have presented a report like this one. I feel as if I do not want to continue."}
