However, when I looked at this report, there are only 44 water points that were supported by donors. But 399 water points are supported by the Government of Kenya. I believe that the Minister has a responsibility in guiding the donors. The donors are here to support us and we are supposed to guide them. We are supposed to tell them where our needs are."}
