Speaker, I beg to lay the following Papers on the Table:- The Reports of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs on its consideration of:- (1) The Business Registration Service Bill, 2015; and, (2) The Presidential Memorandum on the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (Amendment) Bill, 2015. Arising from your ruling, we have taken advantage to ensure that presidential reservations are complied with to the letter, so that we are not required to apply the two-third gender rule. We would be seeking your approval, so that it complies with your ruling."}
