From the outset, I am not a happy man today. All my life as a Member of Parliament, the Finance Bill is one of the most important Bills that come to the National Assembly and yet we are hardly five Hon. Members. I am a very sad man. The Finance Bill is a Bill that deals with taxation measures that affect the lives of our people.
