We are sure that in this country skilled labourers can be found anywhere and everywhere in this country. Does the Ministry have a deliberate policy to make locals, where this particular organization is situated, to also have a presence in the management? You know that you can also get technical know-how and skills from the locals. What deliberate policy do you have as a Ministry to ensure these areas also feel represented in companies which are situated in their regions?"}
