Assistant Minister who is a friend of mine cannot talk to the Minister there who is also a friend of mine. Why is he asking me to go and talk to the Minister, so that the Minister can talk to him? I am just making a plea. He should take it upon himself as a Government Minister to put up more universities, because we have very many students who are going to study in other countries, for example, Uganda. The best approach would be: Do not wait for us to ask questions in Parliament. Talk to your colleague, Dr. Otuoma, because he is a very good man."}
