I was in the House yesterday until 7.00 p.m. when the House rose. I asked myself: Was there another House or it was a county assembly? We need to tell the country that Members of Parliament need to be very serious. If you want to impeach the President, you need to read Article 145; you need 117 signatures including mine, because I am a Member of this House. If you want to impeach a Cabinet Secretary you need a quarter, which is 87 signatures."}
