(f) in the proposed amendment to section 42 by inserting the words “subject to any other law or regulations made under this Act and” immediately after the words “Cabinet Secretary”. (g) by deleting the proposed amendment to paragraph 9 of the First Schedule to the Act. I concur with the Senate’s Amendments as proposed on the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Authority Act of 2013."}
