It is unacceptable that we do not have a statement with regard to the question that Sen. Okongo asked on the case of Don Bosco. This is a young man who was incarcerated over two and a half years ago, as I speak now, in Tanzania, without any complainant being raised. It is a serious matter. This young man has a family that has been suffering without having the benefits of having a bread winner. He is a young man who had great businesses in this country which have been disrupted. Therefore, I find it unacceptable because he comes from my Kisii County. Up to now, two and a half years later, no action has been taken and the way in which we are getting the reply, with due respect to my sister, the Deputy Chair of this Committee, I find that that answer extremely unacceptable."}
