Even the High Court, being a superior court, can make a mistake. There is the right of appeal, but those who are guilty are always afraid of going to court. I am prepared to go to court and if a court makes a decision, as a constitutional lawyer, I know that I am bound by the courtâs decision. However, many of the decisions I have made have not been challenged in court at all."}
