I sincerely hope that those who will be employed in these courts will ensure that justice is served to Wanjiku wherever she is in this country. The Marriage Act we passed a few months ago requires that every marriage in this country is registered. This Bill will also create an avenue for those engaged in traditional marriages to get justice. I hope this Bill will address cases of disinheritance and the injustice suffered by such people in customary marriages. Finally, given the fact that Kenya is a developing country, this Bill will ensure that all its citizens access a judicial court. With those few remarks, Hon. Speaker, I support."}
