I also want to support the amendment to delete the word “youth” and substitute therefor the word “Kenyans”. According to our Constitution, all Kenyans have a right to equal employment opportunity. So, if we put it as youth only, it will mean that there might be a time when there is an opportunity and the people who have applied are not the youth. It will be a problem at that particular period; we say Kenyans so that the youth and other people can access employment. I support that amendment."}
