I presume that in Wajir the local languages will be Somali, Borana and other small dialects that are spoken there. This makes these courts people-centred. This is moving forward to make it a progressive court and to localise the claims of individuals so that locals can identify with the courts, have confidence and be able to articulate their issues more easily."}
