Much as we keep threatening each other with suing each other, a lot of times people do not go to court. There are several things that discourage Kenyans. The first one is the speedy implementation of justice. We go to court and a case can be heard for years on end. This has been happening from time immemorial. I guess that this Bill is talking about instant justice. When you go to court and you get the ruling within a day or a maximum of three days, that is just great. That is what we require."}
