I need your guidance and direction on this. I rose on a point of order that the Assistant Minister was misleading the House. Again on this one, he is misleading the House despite the fact that I know. If I know that he is misleading the House, because I have this information, should I not rise on a point of order and challenge him on that, despite Standing Order No.41? I need your direction on this because I did a study for the Ministry and it has actually done the direct opposite of what he is saying. Would I be in order to request that he gives the House the correct information?"}
