Chachu. I am a Member of the Committee. We decided that to avoid unnecessary tug of war between the executive authority and other institutions that are supposed to act on the instructions or advise of the CS, we believed that we should not alter the authority of the CS. That is because it can be very disruptive and can delay a lot of activities that are supposed to assist the mining industry in the country which is a new venture. Thank you."}
