This amendment is important because we are protecting Kenyans or private owners of property. As we do our mining activities, we need to be sure that we do not cause inconveniences to them. If any inconveniences are caused to them, they should be compensated for that inconvenience. It is a good amendment. I support the Senate amendment."}
