Unless we are going to be told expressly that they are going to sit on this board pro bono, we will be violating the law. The law is very clear. The Leadership and Integrity Act states that State officers cannot have any other income apart from what we draw from the consolidated funds. How is this going to work? We need clarity on this. Otherwise, we are going to enact a law which is unconstitutional."}
